All are welcome to this colourful international celebration, which includes children’s activities, bird of prey demonstrations, talks, exhibits and exciting practical workshops on the art and practice of falconry.
Two days of music, dance, and poetry will entertain and inspire. Join hundreds of falconers from Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, to learn how they train and hunt with their birds.
Spend an unforgettable day relaxing with falcons and salukis in a Bedouin tent, and share traditional food and Arabic coffee in the company of old friends and new.
Desert Workshop Programme

Mohamed bin Zayed Falconry and Desert Physiognomy School
Open to falconers, the exciting programme includes practical workshops on everything from raptor health and conservation, to falconry art and photography, to hoodmaking, fieldcraft, lure work, and much more.
Daily hunting trips will bring Arabian falconry to life, and regional and topical discussion sessions will look at strategies for preserving falconry worldwide. This is your chance to meet other falconers from over 80 countries to exchange hunting stories and share experience.
